Salmon, Asparagus and Quinoa with Lemon Dill Vinaigrette

The other day, I posted a fabulous recipe for Salmon, Asparagus and Orzo Salad, and believe me, it is wonderful!!  But, since it is made with pasta, which is not the best choice since I have vowed to exercise more and loss some 10 more pounds,  I decided to experiment and make it just a little healthier.  I had reserved some of the Lemon Dill Vinaigrette and salmon from last night.  I also had some leftover Quinoa from Tuesday night, so together it went.  I was surprised that is was just as good with the Quinoa as it was with the Orzo.  Now I am in a pickle, which will I just next time I make this Orzo or Quinoa.  I would love to know your thoughts!!!
On a different note, my ice tea maker died at the end of last summer.  I really haven't missed it until just recently, but now with the warmer temperatures, my afternoon pick me up of hot tea is just not cutting it.  I looked in the store at the Keurig Iced Tea K-cups. but they are just too darn expensive.  I decided to experiment, and it turned out very refreshing!
I found my re-usable K-cup filter and selected a bag of Celestial Seasoning Lemon Zinger Tea.
I cut the tea bag open
and pour it into the filter and place the lid on the filter.
I filled my favorite dragonfly Tervis tumbler with ice
and when the Keurig was ready, I selected the medium setting and brewed a perfect glass of ice cold tea!  Now I can have a different flavored ice tea, some with caffeine, everyday.  And SO much cheaper than buying the K-cups!  Next, I think I will try ice coffee using my Keurig,  any thoughts????
